Completion of the Domain Name Transfer - Your Tasks
Step 3: After you won one of Bizgenie’s domain name auctions or purchased a domain name directly from Bizgenie, you first paid us by Paypal, confirmed you have a domain name account with our domain name registrar and then sent us your full contact information (see Auction Instructions). Once we receive payment and the contact information we will initiate the domain name transfer process on ourr end, usually within 4 to 8 hours — often within 2 hours. Our promise is to initiate the transfer within 24 hours of receiving all items needed for the transfer process from you.
Once we initiate the transfer process you will receive a very important email from the registrar. If the domain name is registered with Godaddy.com, the email will come from Godaddy. If it is registered with CostCutterDomains.com, the email will come from support@secureserver.net.
The contents of this email are very important. The email will contain a Transaction ID and a Security Code, along with a url address to log back into your domain name account with the registrar. Most importantly, it will contain instructions on what you need to do (upon login with the registrar) to finalize the transfer process and movement of the domain name over into your domain name account. You must follow these instructions. The domain name will not show up in your account until you complete this process.
